Add per-wiki, per-project, and total series of how many pages use structured data. This patch records it in page props as jsonconfig_getdata with the value being how many different data pages this page uses. We should probably generate: daily.structured.getdataall, daily.structured.getdataproj.<projectname>, and daily.structured.getdata.<projectname>.<language>.
