On the three restbase-test hosts, restbase-test1001 can only see 3 of the 4 SSDs. It sees 00:01:00, 00:01:01, and 00:01:02. 00:01:04 is not present.
Please investigate and confirm in bios that all disks are visible before resolving. If the adapter is bad, we have a spare ordered for just this reason.
