There is a list in the form of Excel spreadsheet: http://date.gov.md/ro/system/files/resources/2013-01/Registrul-Monumentelor-RM-ocrotite-de-Stat.xls containing all ~5K monuments of Moldova, of which more than half of national importance.

It looks like in 2021 (when Moldova organized WLM for the first time) the contents were imported into Romanian Wikipedia -> https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categorie:Liste_ale_monumentelor_din_Republica_Moldova_ocrotite_de_stat
At the same time they were also imported to Wikidata (QUERY – 5,500 items tagged as belonging to WLM Moldova: https://w.wiki/4pSp).
So it does seem like all the items in the original spreadsheet are now on Wikidata and this task is no longer relevant.
