Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit a page using VE or NWE
2. Click to Save button
3. Click in a summary field and start typing

Expected behavior:

• Under the summary field there should open an autocomplete option menu and suggest last/mostly used summaries as it does in the old wikitext editor

Unexpected behavior:

• Unlike the old wikitext editor, nothing happens in VE or NWE
