Description

I just attempted to file a not-too-short ticked, wondered where the options for priority etc. are, discovered the form I was using is called "Simple" (which is apparently not simple at all), thought the options might be hidden behind the "Configure Form" button, clicked on it, and – obviously – that lead to a loss of all text I had added to the form. This is a rather frustrating experience.

Obviously? If I go to the simple form, type some text, then "Configure Form" and "View Form Configurations", then press the back button to return to the form, I get my text back.

Obviously in the sense that I otherwise would not have filed this ticket.
