Hi @Umar. You can open your web browser's developer tools, open the same page with an additional "debug=true" in the address, and reload the page on which you see the problem. If there is a problem or an error with JavaScript it should be printed in the 'console' of the developer tools. For more information please see:

TypeError: mw.cookie is undefined
which needs to be fixed in https://ce.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.js by a sysop of ce.wikipedia.org.

The fix in Common.js revealed a second issue in MediaWiki:Gadget-collapserefs.js on ce.wikipedia.org. Fixed in revision 1582161.
