Scap3's deploy sub-command allows one to only restart the service via the --service-restart argument. Alas, in that scenario Scap3 logs the typical Started deploy and ended deploy log entries. Ideally, it would announce it only once (at the beginning of the process) with a more appropriate message such as Restarting <service-name> <any-msg-given-by-the-user>.
