Description

Right now if you read the documentation at https://github.com/WikiEducationFoundation/WikiEduDashboard it doesn't mention the Programs & Events dashboard on the WikiEdu dashboard. This might be confusing for developers. It should also mention that the software powers the Programs & Events dashboard and provide a link to it.
