Can you give me a global rename right at deployment wiki http://deployment.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org for investigating right. I get bug on mywiki.

Same as T143557#2624342: @Mbrt: Please describe what exactly you want to test and why that userright would help.
"bug" is too vague - please describe the actual bug (if the bug is not a security problem).

I want to try abou them. I instal the extension global rename and can't merge user page. And I can trust with right.
