Report for 2016's grant
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

We need to prepare a report for the grant the international team has received for organizing WLM 2016. The report should be ready by the end of February.

Event Timeline

@Ilario will you be working on writing this? If so, that's great, if not, please provide a list of things that should be covered in the report, any hard constraints the reports has (number of pages, etc.), and anything else we should know for preparing it. I can give it a try and prepare an initial skeleton and draft and share with the rest of the team for further improvements.

@Ilario have you started the work on this? When is the deadline for it?

The report is to be done one month after the end of the grant. It means end of March, but the new grant can be delivered only if the old one is closed. Ideally I would close it at the end of February.

I see. :) Can you share the first draft of the report with the team in a week? This way can give folks a week to go over it and provide comments, and then you will have a few days to review the comments and finalize the draft and submit.

LilyOfTheWest added subscribers: Yarl, Slaporte.

The draft of the report is at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:PEG/Wiki_Loves_Monuments_international_team/2016_coordination/Report

@Effeietsanders @Yarl @Slaporte @LilyOfTheWest please set aside some time to review, and edit in the text as needed.

@Ilario @Romaine please wait to hear back from us with comments before submitting the report. Thanks for making it happen. :)

Deadline 10th March.

Some comments. This a grant report, please focus to demonostrate the impact which has been produced. Possibly including quantitative measures. I.e. I used that the local organizers have been satisfied, the best would be to quantify this satisfaction using the data of the survey.

I made some edits, please check.
For impact, we could report something about the reach we had through social media/banners/website visits etc. Not sure if that is relevant enough to the mission though.

I confirm that the grantmaking team has accepted the extension
