If we're going to change this, we should probably also change the title "All public logs" on Special:Log?

It might be easier and cleaner (avoiding the need for code complexity) to just rewrite the label as "Log" or "Log entry" ? Or something similar?

Hmm, that's MediaWiki:All-logs-page. E.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:All-logs-page in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?uselang=qqx

I think people who are looking at the logs on a private wiki, have a somewhat reasonable expectation to understand that in this case "public" is not being used in the proper sense, but rather in the "not further restricted" sense.

However, if we do still want to change it, "All available logs" is the wording used in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Alllogstext
