DuskToDawn currently has HTML5Shiv, which is only for versions IE8 and below. See also: T154197
This is a breaking change, but should be mostly OK if ShoutWiki doesn't plan to support IE8 or IE7 (since Gamepress is widely used over there).

If ShoutWiki does plan to support it, then this ticket should remain open until ShoutWiki decides to drop it.
