Scrolling through user groups on Special:ActiveUsers makes list disappear

Description

When one tries to scroll through user groups in Special:ActiveUsers, the entire list disappears. The list, which appears as the result of T116354, should not disappear.

When one tries to scroll through user groups in Special:ActiveUsers, the entire list disappears.

I go to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:ActiveUsers and can scroll down to the end of the list. Nothing disappears.
Cannot reproduce.

It disappears in Internet Explorer 11.
