Main idea is to provide link to top of page after every section, which would be useful especially for long sections and to easier return to TOC.

Other idea is to make some kind of static TOC, so it can be accessed regardles of position.

Also other reported issues (not tested):

• TOC not displayed on other namespaces
• One user with Samsung Android 6.0.1 has only half screen of content instead of full width. I think it is local CSS issue, but not tested.
