Can't use arrow keys to scroll through the preview

Description

To be filed in the category of "Making me take my hands off the keyboard is never the Right Thing":[1]

When you are previewing the page, there's no way to make the page scroll without using a mouse or trackpad. The arrow keys and Page Up/Down keys ought to work in that box.

[1] Unless we're talking about eating very good dark chocolate. In that case, I'll type with one hand for a while.
