(Also, the report links to a Sauce Labs error which says "The Sauce VMs failed to start the browser or device. For more info, please check https://wiki.saucelabs.com/display/DOCS/Common+Error+Messages". I imagine that's some rare non-deterministic problem that I should just ignore?)

Unfortunately looks like we have missed that bug report at the time it has been opened and never went to triage it. The job was using ruby mediawiki_selenium and the tests have been removed via T173989
There was a WIP patch to introduce webdriver.io https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/mediawiki/extensions/CentralAuth/+/373522/ , though that never got finished.
