@SBisson, are you wanting to isolate all Flow edits, or only Flow edits that make new pages? If all Flow edits, could this not be handled by simply selecting the article namespace?

We should re-evaluate whether Namespace filter is sufficient for this once we see beta reaction.

While new Flow topics technically correspond to new pages in the topic namespace, I don't know how useful it is to present it to users that way.

If I'm reviewing new pages, new topics are probably not what I'm after. I could select the (main) namespace but that filters out a lot more than just Flow stuff. Similarly, if I'm fighting discussion vandalism (we've had a few episodes on mw.org), there's no easy way to select "Flow post and board summaries by newcomers" or similar combinations.

I think structured discussion can do much more than that. It can correctly distinguish a new topic from a reply, a summary or a board description and allow filtering those.

If for any use case the Flow edits get in the way because of volume or are worth targeting, we can do it very clearly instead of having users guess where things are happening and receive all or nothing.

We should re-evaluate whether Namespace filter is sufficient for this once we see beta reaction.

Of course. I'm not suggesting we do it now. Getting the thing out is the priority. I filed it to capture my concern.
