One of the metrics we have access to, and collate, for Wikipedia Library pages on Wikipedia is the number of times the page is viewed. We'd like to still have this data for the library card platform, to collect data on how many users are viewing it.

Good question(s). I think admins only; I can't see anyone else even being interested. As for where and how - could we just have a simple admin-only subpage that shows monthly totals? I think that's all we need.
