I don't have Admin privileges so I suppose someone else needs to test this. If anyone believes I can test this as part of my TSG QA privileges, please post a list of steps I can use to test the functionality all by myself (and if a specific device/iOS version is needed), and I will try to recreate the scenario. (I have tried related cases such as https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T158142 and https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T158241 but I am not getting any 2FA screens on them).
