Show "Moved configuration" next to "Type of configuration change" in Special:Log/stable

Description

The list next to "Type of configuration change" in Special:Log/stable should include "Moved configuration", showing log entries with "move_stable" as the log_action. The entries are generated since T59912 was resolved.
