Description

To tighten filters adding in T131643 and support animated formats (GIF, PNG) on Commons additional information is needed:

  • Number of color channels (1-pallet, 1-greyscale, 3-RGB, 4-RGBA)
  • Number of pages/frames
  • If the animation loops
  • Duration (useful for videos too)

This task might not get resolved because it covers numerous feature requests. Including only one problem per report is highly recommended.
