Make help portal more prominent
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Currently, the help portal von Wikidata is just one of many subentries in the Help menu. This should be changed to a more accessible form, i.e. just one help button that takes you to the help portal directly. All other entries in the menu are to be found on the portal page anyway.
