Description

Two chargebacks from the same donor have also have refunds associated with them. The IDs are 1062367525 and 1160329933, and each ID has two separate lines in Civi, one for the refund and one for the chargeback:

I am flagging these in case they point to a larger issue. If this is normal let me know and we can update DS documentation to not worry about them.

We create the second 'bonus' refund when the refunded amount doesn't match the original donation, in an attempt to keep the books balanced.

I'm guessing the tiny discrepancies are due to exchange rate fluctuations - 6 cents difference over 10 days on a 50 CAD donation seems reasonable.
