I think we need to change the link from https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:CirrusSearch to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Searching. Because https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Searching have more common information about Special:Search page. For example Restricting the search or top sections.

I believe @Iniquity is referring to the "Help" link at the top right of Special:Search on our wikis.

As noted on Help:Searching, that page is not for wikis that have CirrusSearch installed, so it would not be good to direct users to it, therefore I decline this task.
If you wish to add information to the Help:CirrusSearch page that you think would be useful to people, please feel free! We'd love your help with documentation. :-)
