Description

When we have uploads disabled on our server, then we procced to QuizGameHome -> Create Question, and we click "Return to Mainpage" in iframe, page is opened in this frame. Propably we want to catch this error message, and show other warning.

(We use SpecialUpload in Iframe - its a bit wierd solution)

PictureGame uses AJAXUploadForm as well, which uses iframes, so I'm adding that project to this ticket.
