Reke and I are writing our rapid grant repor[1]t. While using the Magic button to create the newly registered users, we find every time we run the accounts, the newly registered number is always 0. However, there are actually many of the participants in our workshop created their own user accounts during the workshop. We don't know why it's not working properly as we expected. How can we debug?

It's weird that the first couple of time we use the CSV file keep shows
0.000 newly registers users. Would this be caused by wrongly operating the
magic button? I wonder.

It could be. I know the magic button is finicky about how you enter dates--if you don't include the entire date string it will revert to the day you are running the report. So if I enter 2016-10-15 17:00 as the end date, it would revert to 2017-01-20 00:00:00. I need to enter 2016-10-15 17:00:00 (including the 00 for seconds) to get it to recognize the date.
