The relevant communities mentioned in T140744 refer to Wikipedia communities on relevant language version(s) of Wikipedia. I have clarified that now.
This Month in GLAM is part of T140743. That is probably also the right point to tie in Twitter. I made a note about his in our batch upload document.
I think it's relevant for asking for translations of the templates but not for this part which is about the images being available.
