Use the WikimediaUI color palette for game results in PictureGame, PollNY, and QuizGame

Description

They're so bright! They're using these images which are currently shared in SocialProfile/images, where I've made a list which also map to their current color (Note: the colors in the parentheses aren't mapped to color keywords, they're just what color they look like in general):

Having 5 different colors doesn't create any priority as you can't easily tell which one is the correct one and which ones are wrong. Instead, there should only be 2 colors, where the 1st color is mapped to the correct choice/most voted choices, and the 2nd color are mapped to all the other incorrect choices/every other choice. There is the WikimediaUI color palette, which can be found at M82:

  • I believe Green50 (#00af89) should be used for the correct/most voted choice.

For incorrect choices, I think using Red50 (#d33) would appear as too aggressive. Instead, I suggest using Base70 (#c8ccd1).

Another note on why I didn't suggest using a green/red combination - This would be a poor design choice since there are those who have Deuteranopia (red green color blindness).

Please include screenshots of what these look like in practice/context, and make some mockups of your proposal. This isn't really a whole lot to go on, as is.

@Isarra Sure, I'll try to create them later today
