Submitted Wikimedia's application for RGSOC with one project T2582 which will be mentored by @Mooeypoo and @Mattflaschen-WMF.

We received a total of 9 applications for the following project T2582: Remind me of this article in X days, and we didn't select anyone as none of the teams were a good fit. Matthew shared feedback w/ RGSOC team on what they could do better. For Wikimedia, it would be coordinating in advance on whether it would be possible for us to provide two additional coaches along with mentors for a project, as that's what the requirement of RGSOC is. List microtasks explicitly in the application, and consider smaller projects for RGSOC, even smaller than GSOC/Outreachy.
