Attempting to mark https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hemanta_(Ritu) for speedy deletion, page curation logged the deletion but hung before inserting a speedy-deletion notice on the page. Twinkle failed gracefully with an error message due to prokerala.com being blacklisted. I eventually got things to work by munging the address. Ideally such reporting would work despite pages being on the blacklist. Otherwise it should fail gracefully.
