Description

The latter one (screenshot of the tag cloud area) is especially interesting because despite having the same tag cloud, BlogPage's Special:CreateBlogPost does not have this same issue.

Tested on http://social-tools.wmflabs.org/ with Nokia X (800×480 px screen) & Firefox for Android 48.0, using the (responsive) Vector skin.
