It's been a week. I personally don't object to what's proposed above. Anyone object or want some changes? Or shall we move this forward?
List has been created, initial admin email auto generated and emailed out. List is currently set to public with public archives. These settings can be changed by the list administrators.
When creating the list, it only allows the initial admin email to auto generate the admin password sending. The list admins will need to share that password between themselves.
Resolving this task, please reopen if there are any questions/issues.
Rob, I did not get the email. It might have gone into my spam folder which I purged minutes ago. I hope @Quiddity got it though.
@Huji: That is normal. So when I create the list, it asks for a single email and allows me to auto-generate and auto-email out the list password from web interface. So it only goes to the first email listed, since the second admin email isn't added until after the list is created.
@Quiddity should have the email and be able to forward it to you. I didn't actually get a copy of it or the password, so I don't know it.
