@Yurik is a long time volunteer who recently left the WMF, and apparently lost his +2 rights because of that - even though he had them before joining the WMF AIUI.

I think it should be relatively uncontroversial to grant him his rights back so he can continue maintaining the projects he is/was working on.

The maps-dev group gives access to graphs/ and maps/ repositories that are not under the mediawiki umbrella.
