Similar to what we have for the RevisionSlider (T136830) we also want a help-dialog for the TwoColConflict extension show up when a user clicks the help button (defined in T156142). Other than for the RevisionSlider the dialog should not show up automatically but only if the user actively clicks the help button. The dialog should consist of several steps similar to the steps in the usage instructions from https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:TwoColConflict and each step should contain one screenshot from T156249.
