Sorry, this is misunderstanding. The rule for your event is for February 9th but it will be deployed to the cluster tomorrow.
I made a typo, it's Thursday, February 9th, not Tuesday. It looks like you got the date right anyways, but I thought I'd follow up one last time. (really, really... last time).
