BP0208110780

BP0208110780 is not under any support contract at this time. If it is a spare, and we have other spares like it, we should review with @mark or @faidon on if we want to place this under contract, or decommission it. For the most part, we haven't bothered to keep spare EX4200s in eqiad under coverage, since we have 6 of them. Any switch can be placed back into coverage, and we have to pay a reduced cost for the lapse in coverage (so it has been cheaper than keeping them all covered at all times since we have a surplus of EX4200.)

BP0211517641 is under support contract 0068045034, support level SVC-EXT-WAR-EX4200. It should be able to have any bad parts replaced. So this likely shouldn't be decommissioned, but a support case opened with Juniper to repair the issue. The coverage level will mean week(s) of the switch being sent away for repair, rather than next day replacement. Since we have so many EX4200s, this level of support was deemed acceptable a couple of years ago for eqiad.
