Currently if you click the Special:EmailUser button for a partner's coordinator, it goes to the coordinator's home wiki's email page, meaning the page is written in their language. Desired behaviour would be for it to point to the viewing user's home wiki, so it is definitely in a language they understand.

We can work with this, to pass a ?uselang= parameter based on the user's language and ensure that meta is in the right language.
