When an interwiki link or links are moved using "move" icon in the interwiki links, labels imported originally from the removed pages are not removed from the label list and are not imported to the targed item.

This is very important for category/template items, where a pair label+sitelink should be always moved together to not cause in future unneeded API errors/conflicts of non-unique label+description between the two items (source and target).
