We have a light blue on the out side and red in the middle (Matches part's of wmf's logo colour)

I can make quick mockups real quick just so we can see what it'd look if the colors are adjusted.

I like our current favicon, why does it need to match upstream?

@mmodell - there's not actually any reason to (as you pointed earlier), the mock ups were just a proof-of-concept. In any case, I wouldn't be opposed to either way ( keeping or changing).
