Description

Many extensions under the Social-Tools umbrella use inline JavaScript. The inline JS should be migrated to their appropriate script files in the source code. This is a parent task for all extensions, where each extension has their own subtask.

So far the results are just from grepping for onclick, will try to grep for href=\", pull out what's relevant, and paste them here tomorrow (unless if @ashley beats me to that ;-)
