Currently there are a couple hundred bugs and feature requests for AWB and many have been open for years, several are similar in function and still yet others are unlikely to ever be done for various reasons.

I highly recommend that a review be done to the existing tickets and a decision be made on those with merit and those that will not be done. Then perhaps at the next Hackathon or Codein some direct effort could be made to doing some of the remaining tasks that are determined to have merit.
