Sorry, that first link was supposed to be https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/search/query/0LHQNrVX13XI/#R (not maniphest/query). However T131065 isn't showing up there anymore either, so I guess it was reindexed. Good to know just mentioning the task is all it takes to fix it! Closing.
