Description

https://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbennig:AboutTopic?entityid=Q66 should set https://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbennig:AboutTopic/Q66 as canonical URL for example.

This is to make sure that search engines only pick up each placeholder once.
