What is the Outreachy email list?

(Links welcome; otherwise we obfuscate for no reason.)

Send an email to the Outreachy list about our participation

Maybe https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/outreachy-list (or https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/outreachy-announce-list ) were meant. Both are invitation only.

How many Outreachy interns for Wikimedia will we be taking for summer 2017?

I think this was mentioned on another task, but I'm not finding it right now...

We have budget allocated for up to four internships. If really needed, we *might* find budget for more. In the past editions, the Summer edition has been usually thin, due to many candidates complying to GSoC requirements.

Bottom line: I think we are well covered. :)
