For making other arbitrary Diffusion repos, the self-service answer is to use https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/ to create repos associated with tools.

This has been done. The repo is a mirror from Gerrit, so be careful to enable direct push for arbitrary users or mess with the URIs or you may break the replication.

Sorry to reopen but afting consulting with @demon and looking at some tasks I've filed for this projects (very trivial with no risk: add projects for a couple of mirror repos, set up mirror repos) it'd be good if I could be added so I could fix those annoying trivial bugs myself. I don't plan to force-push or do other dangerous actions. Thank you.
