Months of discussion at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Universal_Language_Selector/Compact_Language_Links but the most important thing was forgotten, we've not updated data from CLDR (context: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/ULS/FAQ#language-territory )!

@Trizek-WMF Patch is merged and should be available in all wikis with deployment train on Thursday.

Changed title to clear a confusion: the territory data is from unreleased CLDR version (svn trunk).

I would have preferred <del>"30+"<del> "31+" in the summary then.
