After on-wiki status update it is no longer possible to update the sister project portals at Meta due to some Lua failure (missing slogans, etc.). I've asked @mxn but I've not heard from him yet. We should be able to update those portals. Thanks.

Somewhat resolved by adding empty strings on Module:Project portals/wikis: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Module:Project_portal/wikis&action=history -- I could update the HTML portals afterwards.
