I tried to upload a .mov file of size 14MB which exceeded the size limit configuration for upload file.It showed an exception error message which is not that user friendly:
Upload Failure: PhabricatorFileUploadException:Uploaded file exceeds limit in Phabricator 'storage.upload-size-limit" configuration.
