Moving this to OrgDev as the focus is improving guidelines and routines rather than day-to-day dev work

Moving to 2019 as the guidelines (https://se.wikimedia.org/wiki/Developer_guidelines) have not been edited since the last comment here.

Lets schedule a meeting for after Wikimania (and recuperation period) to go through the guidelines again. Both to incorporate any feedback but also with an eye to any parts which we have in practice chosen to ignore or de facto standards which have yet to be written down.

There's a possibility of doing it IRL on September 18 but we'll have to wait with officially re-scheduling until we've got more concrete plans for the day's acitivities.

Spotted that we never changed the date in the calendar to the 18th. @Alicia_Fagerving_WMSE looking at the calendar the 18th it should be possible to do it that day although I'm not sure yet at what time in the day.

@Sebastian_Berlin-WMSE Could you start looking a bit at specific questions which we what to answer during the meeting (things missing from the routines, things we've spotted don't work in practice, etc.)

Since we are getting our own Code of Conduct I recommend we move forward with this as well. The easiest solution is to simply use the same file as WMF uses and mandate that it be used in all repos under https://github.com/Wikimedia-Sverige/.

Nothing there strikes me as inappropriate for us, so this would indeed be the easiest way.
