A long time ago we created the wlm-us mailing list on the WMNL servers, but it seems it was never used (archive is empty). I suggest to delete it.

This task has been assigned to the same task owner for more than two years. Resetting task assignee due to inactivity, to decrease task cookie-licking and to get a slightly more realistic overview of plans. Please feel free to assign this task to yourself again if you still realistically work or plan to work on this task - it would be welcome!
For tips how to manage individual work in Phabricator (noisy notifications, lists of task, etc.), see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T228575#6237124 for available options.
(For the records, two emails were sent to assignee addresses before resetting assignees. See T228575 for more info and for potential feedback. Thanks!)
@SuperHamster just to be on the safe side: can you confirm that removal is still desirable?
(The current task assignee has not been active in Phabricator for about two years - not sure they'll see this.)
@Aklapper is it within her power to actually complete the task anyway? I thought it required action from a mailserver admin, rather than a list admin? If so, it's probably WMNL that needs to delete it (ie Siebrand would probably know who)
Hi! This is Denise Jansen from WMNL. This request is about a WLM list. WMNL was only a facilitator at the time the list was created. We are therefore following EffeIetsanders' request for removal from this list. Are you expecting action for removal from WMNL? Or is this confirmation from WMNL sufficient?
@DDJJ I think the request was about complete removal of the list itself, not just removal of a specific user from it. Afaict.
@Dzahn That's right, we understood that and WMNL agrees with complete removal of the list itself.
Hi Michelle,
Since WMNL is cleaning up the lists, could you check the WLM-us mailing list as well please?
Thanks!
Dear all,
Thanks for reminding me of this pending task. I asked our ICT support and expected the list to be removed within the next days. I am therefore closing this task.
Best wishes,
Michelle
